Answer

​​​'Eligible Start-up' means a company engaged in eligible business and satisfies the following conditions: It is incorporated between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2030, the total turnover of its business does not exceed Rs. 100 crore in any of the previous years relevant to the assessment year for which deduction under section 80-IAC(1) is claimed and it has been certified as a start-up by the Inter-Ministerial Board of Certification notified by the Central Government. ​
