Amendment of section 2.
154. In the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 (45 of 1988) (hereinafter in this Part referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, in clause (1), for the words "appointed under", the words "referred to in" shall be substituted.
