Amendment of section 288.
114. In section 288 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (4), in clause (b), after the word and figure "section 271", the words, brackets, letters and figures "clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 272A or" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2017.
