In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 15% (Taxable) Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Bonds (13th Series) bearing distinctive numbers from 0000000001 to 0000104182 of Rs. 1,00,000 each aggregating to an amount of rupees one thousand forty one crores eighty two lakhs only, issued by Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, for the purpose of the said clause.
