In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue (Central Board of Direct Taxes) Number S. O. 371(E), dated 7th day of May, 1997, published at pages 2 and 3 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated 7th May, 1997 (at page 3, after line 16), insert the following, namely:---
