In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee, hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), S.O. 521(E), dated 14th July, 1994, as follows, namely :--

This notification contains amendment to Income-tax Act, 1961 carried out on 27th June, 1995 not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the act itself.
