It is hereby notified for general information that the approval given under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 to Birla Archaeological and Cultural Research Institute, Hyderabad (AP) by Notification No. 3963, dated 15th September, 1979, is withdrawn with effect from 1st April, 1975, to 31st December, 1979 on the recommendation of the prescribed authority, the Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi.
