In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 4 of the Income-tax (Certificate Proceedings) Rules, 1962, the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Income-tax, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh, Patiala, to be a Tax Recovery Commissioner.
2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect
