For any update in the quarterly TDS/TCS statement, a correction statement is requried to file. Correction statement is to be prepared using latest statement details. Consolidated TDS/TCS statement consists of latest statement details i.e. the updates done vide correction statements.

Deductor logs in to TRACES.

Go to Statemente/Payments tab.

Select Request for conso file.

Provide financial year, quarter form type and click on go

File required details and click on "Proceed"

Consolidated statement file will be received in after some time in "Downloads>Requested Downloads"
